Meditation of Mind Silence

Sometimes things go well, sometimes not with the greatest effort? Sometimes You feel good, sometimes not. Why it is like that? What's going on inside me, deeper than my mind, deeper than my soul, deeper than my heart — INNER BEING.

We start sitting and feeling our inner being. Then we’ll do some simple stretching poses so 20-30 minutes of meditation (laying down or sitting) would be comfortable. Mats, plaids are in the studio. If you have a pillow or mat which is comfortable for you bring along.

Everybody is welcome every Wednesday at 12 am. Fee of € 2 € – 12 € based is how you feel. Members of the Bikram Studio have the opportunity to use the monthly card.

The cass will be held in Estonian.
